CERINTHE YELLOW GEM (Boraginaceae) HHA 18-24 in

The bees have again been busy at Plant World, taking pollen from the lovely purple bracted blue flowered form to the more common, yellow flowered green bracted variety. Deep yellow flowers surrounded by purple bracts is the fantastic result. Seedlings are sure to vary, but you saw it here first.

Sowing Instructions
Cover with compost or grit 5mm deep.
Sow in spring outside direct, or in pots in a propagator or warm spot.
Grow on individual seedlings in 3 inch pots.
Plant out in a well-drained open position.
