A rare and extremely beautiful plant from the Balkans. Bunches of bright ice-blue bellflowers are carried in tufts up thick hairy stems bearing rough dentata leaves. Rewardingly, this little gem gently self-seeds producing gorgeous drifts in spring. Greatly admired by an appreciative Roy Lancaster when he visited.

Cover thinly with compost or grit.
Sow in gentle heat in daylight and keep moist.
Grow on individual seedlings in 3 inch pots.
