CARDIOCRINUM GIGANTEUM (Liliaceae) HBb 6-8 ft

"Giant Yunnan Lily". The all superlatives lily. A stately giant. A two inch thick stem, with dinner plate sized leaves, supports numerous eight inch green and white waxy, very fragrant trumpets, which produce enormous "everlasting", toothed seed-pods when dried.
Sowing Instructions
Cover with compost or grit 5mm deep.
Keep moist in a cool, covered light spot outside. No heat needed.
Spring germinators. Grow on seedlings in 3-inch pots.
Plant out in good garden soil.
