AQUILEGIA FRAGRANS (Ranunculaceae) HP 15 in
The world has very few perfumed aquilegias and this is without doubt the most fragrant species. Enormous creamy flowers, absolutely dripping with nectar, in midsummer. Rare, choice and sumptious. The odd hybrid may appear, but all are superb.
Sowing Instructions
Sow finely and evenly. Cover thinly with compost or grit.
Keep moist in a well-lit spot outside.
Grow on individual seedlings in 3 inch pots.
Plant out in good, well-drained soil
