 PARADISEA LUSITANICA (Asphodelaceae) HP 2-4 ft
A rare plant, much like a greatly enlarged "St. Brunos Lily" (P. liliastrum). From a clump of grassy leaves grow strong stems holding outward facing, fragrant white trumpets. Possesses the valuable ability to gently self-seed producing attractive drifts of flowers.
Sowing Instructions
Cover with compost or grit 5mm deep.
Sow anytime and keep moist in a cool, light spot outside. Slow to germinate.
Grow on individual seedlings in 3 inch pots.
Plant out in a well-drained sheltered position.
