PENSTEMON PURPLE DRAGON (Scrophulariaceae) HP

We collected this species, which is completely new to us, at 7,000ft in the Sierra Madre mountains of Mexico. Numerous strong stems support heavy clusters of purple-mauve flowers. Outstandingly lovely.

Sowing Instructions
Sow finely and evenly.
Cover thinly with compost or grit.
Keep moist in a well-lit spot outside.
Grow on individual seedlings in 3 inch pots.
Plant out in good, well-drained soil
