 LUPINUS PLUMMY BLUE Papilionaceae HSh 3-8ft
A hybrid produced here by crossing a blue tree lupin (with pale blue and white flowers), with a red Russell lupin. Result: a shrub carrying plump spikes of creamy pink buds which open into bicolored blue and plum flowers. Seedlings may vary.
Sowing advice: A. SOW FINELY AND EVENLY. COVER THINLY WITH COMPOST OR GRIT. GERMINATE IN GENTLE HEAT OR IN A WARM BRIGHT SPOT OUTSIDE. GROW-ON INDIVIDUAL SEEDLINGS IN 3 INCH POTS BEFORE PLANTING OUT.
